Muslim women in Tamilnadu are making significant progress in education. Immaterial of whether it is village or urban environ, unmindful of private or government school, Muslim mothers sending their girl wards to education at eight in the morning is a daily scene. Owing to job and income gaining importance, Muslim women are not accepting to depend solely on male income. Middle class is leaping towards B.A, B.Sc, computer science domains while rich are teeming after engineering and medical education.
Very important education, chartered accountancy, has not found a place in heart. Auditor easily becomes privy to many secrets in firms that earn hundreds of crores of rupees in revenue. It is opportunity to know central ministers, justices, police officers, media organizations and all other financial institutions. Monetary income, commission, is enormous. Job in air-conditioned room. There wont be any need to spill sweat on the land. C.A job is mind related. One can spend time sitting and relaxing.
One can earn crores of rupees of income. This job involves no physical pain and is ideal for women. There are one and half lakh C.As in India. One can enjoy star life and all facilities. Any firm, organization, party, movement, individual or trust will have to come under tax regime. An individual or organization, however big, will shake on auditor’s words. They will have to bow and touch the feet. It involves high influence and sweeping authority. For 63 years, Muslims have missed this field. Tax evasion and black money are livelihood necessities in today’s India. Auditor is suave in the art of commanding any big owner, however big he is. Scams in financial institutions are very popular. Any firm cannot survive or operate without advice, guidance, command, support, and shadow of auditor.
Women’s share in the field is 15 percent. 60,000 women C.As are needed. 6,000 Muslim women should get their place. 2000 Muslim women C.As are necessary, urgent requirement in Tamilnadu. But Muslim educationists have not shown adequate attention. Auditor post has the ability to hold sway over the government. Mindful of the situation, at least from now on let us respect C.A education.
